An inspection is a visual and non-invasive examination of accessible areas in the home. This includes: Roof, Exterior, Foundation, Grading & Drainage, Plumbing System, Electrical System, Heating System, Air Conditioning System, Fireplaces, Floors, Ceilings, Doors, Windows, Major Appliances, and many more items. This inspection report is based on observations made on the date of the inspection. It is not a prediction of future conditions. A home inspection will not reveal every concern that exists or ever could exist, but only those material defects observed on the day of the inspection. This inspection is also subject to limitations such as inaccessibility to various areas . Please read the Standards of Practice to see the scope of limitations. |
